An excellant swimming pool, nicw restaurant and a very big room
I had booked for me and the children and was initialy given a double bed only! Then we were only booked in for one night, after booking for two nights, we only found and when we were locked out of our room. The first night we were kept up by a party at four in the morning, you need more night patrols of the coridoor, not good for a guest paying 180.00!! Food at breakfast needs to be replenished without having to ask - 5 times, poor for a three star.
Overall: All of the bad points can be simply rectified, through appropriate training, however it did tarnish what was a nice hotel with polite staff. (107948383)
