Overall: Enjoyable  (108365685)

Ensuite excellent (good size) Bedroom a bit small (no where to sit apart from one chair and bed.

This accommodation really needs a lounge area where visitors can relax. If weather not good bedrooms not big enough to relax.

Overall: Good  (107964390)

Spacious room. Lovely setting. Friendly atmosphere. Excellent breakfast.

None really, but not easy to find the reception when you arrive. No telephones in rooms

Fantastic location, the pictures on the internet showed exactly what the accomadation looked like. It was a beautiful accomadation and we would love to come back again soon.

Overall: fantastic, very nice staff, very welcoming and friendly and a fantastic breakfast spread and very clean everywhere in the accomadation. 10 out of 10!  (107507164)

The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was nice. Rooms were a good size with nice new bathrooms.

Personally it was a bit creepy for me. There is no bar or restaurant. The worst point was when I tried to dry my hair in the morning - the plug socket was way to far away from the mirror. The bed was not very comfortable and niether were the pillows. And I didn't realise that the heating was on full blast until I came back from dinner to an unbearably hot room and then was unable to sleep even after turning the heating off.

Overall: Ok. Not great for business travel as no internet or mobile signal for 3G.  (107293511)

Why do we publish ratings from Active Hotels?

Our rating system is designed to give you the confidence to find and book the hotel that best suits your needs. We've worked hard to create a fair and impartial process to collect our ratings so you can always be assured of a great hotel experience.

How do I add a rating?

Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question.

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
