Friendly staff, cleaniliness, big rooms
The roads are very noisey, i felt like i was outside. You should invest in double glazing. Also very cold room.
Overall: Our stay was nice, but i wouldnt stay again unless i had a room away from the road or you invested in double glazing.

Room very clean and comfortable with everything I needed. Friendly and safe atmosphere. Ample parking at rear of building.
Swipe card at main entrance to rooms was faulty. Workmen woke me up at 5am.
Overall: Would definitely stay again but wouldn't order the popadums!

Clean and tidy, Staff helpful and friendly.
The room was on the road side of the hotel and so there was some noise from passing traffic.
Overall: The hotel was clean and tidy, Staff were helpful and friendly, located on Hagley Road this hotel offers excellent access to pretty much everything central birmingham has to offer including in our case edgbaston cricket ground, Some noise from passing traffic but not enough to be a problem.

Very clean rooms and nicely refurbished. I will definitely re-visit when next in Birmingham.
No hot water in shower. Was never quite sure which hotel I was in as there seemed to be 3 different hotel names.
