we already were in that B/B. We got a good room (104). This time we had 203 and after complain 303. very bad rooms, dirty, broken wall, brokenshower, very small bed....
We gave as garantee our credit card on booking. We were charged before arriving! and when we complained they said it was a garantee and wanted from us to be paid again!! I just hope not to get charged twice!!!!

Nice surroundings/neighbourhood, good service when we wanted another appartment or at least another bed, it was no problem to switch immedeately.
Carpet was rather dirty, few channels on tv, very sparse kitchen utensils (like plates, cups etc.)
Overall: Good, we enjoyed the freedom of living in an appartment instead of a hotelroom and the furnishing was better than all other hotelrooms offered with flowered curtains and beadspreads. (108718340)
Clean, tidy, close to underground/amenities.
Bathroom facilities (toilet and shower) were either small or oddly shaped even for us slender guests.
Overall: Aside from bathroom facilities causing some discomfort, the bed was comfortable, television and kitchenette were both in perfect working order and the room was very well kept. General location was fantastic and the one staff member i spoke to when i checked in was very friendly and helpful in terms of location of room and check out process. (108774392)
