Rooms were nice, and clean.

Food was average in the bar. Some of the bar staff were not exactly friendly, in fact I would say they were quite moody. The whole hotel seemed to be run by foreigners who seemed not to really care about our booking problems. Air conditioning/heating system was very noisy, had to turn it off.

Overall: The bookings were completely messed up. They couldn't find a colleagues booking, made them book another room and then charged our company for a no show on her room as she was on a new booking. Complete mess up.  (108543700)

Comfortable and quiet. Breakfast cost reduced and good.

A shade far from tube but convenient for buses.

Staff were well trained, personable and very friendly in the reception area. Bar/Restaurant staff was not so good during the day.

Airconditioning equipment in the room was out of work. Did not find out until our returned at 2am. Did not think anybody could do anything at that time, so left it. Had lunch with friends only to find out that sandwiches were made with old cheese and hard bread (obviously left out of container for too long). Coleslaw was off, but waited so long for the light lunch to be served, that although we said to the waiter, he just acknowledged our complaint, but offered nothing, not even the usual "I will let the Chef know". He did apologise. At the time, we felt there was pointless in taking it any furher as we needed to make it to Soho on time. I don't think you'll catch any of us having lunch at a Jurys Inn again.

Overall: Not great, although we did have a fab time in London.  (107945971)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
