Very friendly, very clean, very comfortable and in a very beautiful setting

Overall: Would certainly return, it was just perfect and the pool and sauna were an added bonus  (108204759)

A very pleasant setting and all the staff were very good, I did not use the facilities but they looked good.Enjoyed the breakfast and found it reasonably priced.

Reception shuts at 9:00pm Mon to Thurs,7:00pm Fri (which I did not see advertised)and 2:00pm Sat and Sun,I found this unprofessional. There were contact numbers in the window for emergencies but the Mobile Number was out of date and the landline connected you to a answerphone, which overal was not very helpful. On the Sunday we returned from a day out at 6:00pm to find that the room had not been serviced after an hour wait for the answerphone to be answered a man rang me and went to the room and changed the towels and replenished the coffee and tea facilities.I read somewhere you can knock on the farmhouse next door to talk to someone but there are signs telling you large dogs run loose in the garden and beware of them - so that seemed strange as well.

Overall: Fine if you want to be left alone and not disturbed over the weekend.But if you expect professional service go elsewhere and pay more. Overall good value for money - possible just a mishap that the room did not get cleaned.  (108446792)
