we were greated so warmly on ariveal that we felt we had always known Liz. The rooms were spotless and perfect for the period of the house.
We spent an enjoyable summer evening relaxing by the pool with a bottle of red and were bought out a bowl of snacks by Dave who chatted about the garden and local fascilities, pubs and eating places.
We hd a wonderful choice of breakfast, fresh fruit, yoghurt, seeds and nuts, cereals, pastries which we thought was amazing... and then came the cooked breakfast! every single thing, cooked to perfection. the free range eggs from the garden boughtback memories of my childhood when eerything had flavour as it camefresh from the farm, nd with the added touch of freh herbs to set off the colour... what can we say... perfect! All served on the best china too.
The entire stay was asthetically pleasing with every turn. We felt relaxd and refreshed by these warm people and comfortable surroundings and have already passed the details to many friends and relatives who are all eager to stay there.
What luck to stumble across such a treasure, everyone should stay there at least once in their lifetime. Many thanks
we should have stayed at least a week!
