Breakfast staff were especially friendly and helpful. however, the breakfast experience was let down by an incredibly cold dining room- and i am British! the shower room facilities were fine, but again the bathroom was freezing: its needs a heated towel rail at least
Room was threadbare, TV and bed were charity shop rejects. New carpet needed; new bed and a slap of paint. The room needed soundproofing and/or double glazing-road noise too loud!
Overall: A poor standard considering what one can get in the market. I assume this why one is made to pay before stay. If the bill was coming out of my own pocket then I would have made a stink. As it was, there was no around to complain to anyways. Wouldn't stop there again-sooner use an Ibis or Premier Inn, at least they have consistent quality and for same money. (107949317)

Close to everything, especially public transport. Breakfast was lovely.
No lift to room on 3rd floor. Extremely noise till all hours of the morning with nightlife in pub downstairs and traffic and people outside. No double glazing. Will probably also be cold & draughty in winter as window openings are shoddy. Car park very insecure.
Overall: Overpriced. Didn't mind noise too much myself but other people might like to know about it. There should be more warnings on website about the noise levels. There is a warning at reception but by the time you get there to check in it might be too late to find other accommodation. (107134783)
