online website booking was misleading as i was led to believe that i had already paid via partner website, and then thought i was being charged again by hotel staff who had to explain this is a common occurance with web bookings

friendly member of staff checked us in.Room and facilities clean and presentable

Member of staff who checed us out was totally void of any personality and could not even bring herself to smile or say good morning

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
