Staff were helpful
Swimming pool was green with dirt at edges floor was dirty at to changing room and spar pool was broken.

Staff were very good. Leisure facilities were good.
Bad smell of blocked drains in corridor and mess in corridor was on the floor for the whole of our stay. Bedding had holes in covers. Whats the points of an empty fridge? Why not put some drinks / snacks in. Poor storage area in bathroom so no room for toiletries. Wardrobe too low - my dresses had to be hung up in the bathroom. Tiling and decor very tired. You have lots of hand rails for those who have disabilities but the controls for water over the bath were very difficult to use.
Overall: I was dissapointed with the quality of the executive room. The only extras were toiletries - I could have purchased better and still been in pocket.Very bad value for money and not of the same standard of similar value executive rooms I have stayed in. (107645729)

I had booked asmoking room and had to walk a long way back to get the non smoking room changed.The newspaper I ordered didn't appear
