Hotel had lots of character, room was a nice size, comfortable bed, parking available,
Shower was cold, quite noisy.
Overall: This hotel has lots of character and is in a great location above the lovely bars and restaurants and some shops and a 10/15min walk into the main shopping area, our room was not to noisy as located in the middle of the hotel and had about 9 different flights of stairs to get to it which kept us fit! We did have problems with the shower as it was not very warm. The staff were very helpful and the parking was opposite the hotel with spaces available, our room was really nice with a comfortable bed, I would recommend this hotel but take your ear plugs as could be noisy depending on where your room was. spacious family room - used four singles beds which is lovely when staying with 1 adult and 3 teens, (2 girls, 1 boy). Breakfast although an added extra was extremely well cooked and of very good quality.
Our room was next to the main room and very noisy at night from passing lorries. Bathroom floor very slippery when wet, my 12 year old climbing out of the bath slipped straight over.
Overall: An excellent family hotel - staff very polite and willing to help. (107782246)

The room was lovely clean and cosy,
The staff were very friendly and helpful, bar facility great being open all night.
The parking is a bit of a nightmare but staff were really good sorting it out for us just leave your keys at reception and they will deal with it for you.
The cost of the breakfast is a bit expensive in comparison to the cost of the room, so we had breakfast out it was a lot cheaper.
Overall: Overall a very pleasent friendly hotel, and good value for money! (107855877)
