Good location near the underground tube station. Car parking was available.
TV remote was not available. When asked got reply it will not work. Cannot be fixed. There was no electrical point to charge the mobile and Camera - this is absolutely a must nowadays. When contacted for above issues, the staff was grumpy and rude. Very small room.

Personel were very helpful with directions to various locations and in explaining the city bus transportation system enabling me to use the bus.
My room was comfortable and clean.
The toilet was difficult to flush.

Due to electronic problems payment was made twice. A refund was made before the duplicate payment was noticed.
