2 items of crockery chipped and cracked. Stayed 3 nights property not seviced and towels not changed supposed to be 5 star. one single biscuit on trayNot enough toiletries and not repenished.
Overall: Property excellent , but let down by service and attention to the small things above. % stars guests expect a degreee of pampering and it is a shame that attention to detail could have resulted in a perfect break. We had guests around for tea and my daughter had to drink out of a badly carcked mug.not good enough for the price being charged. I am also not a person who uses the same towel for three days. As for biscuits either do them or don't . I would consider booking again if i was convinced that the level of service will improve. (107998282)
