the staff were excellent friendly and always had a smile. They gave the hotel a warmly feel and made us feel very welcome , thanks to all .
my fiance fell in the shower due to the suface not gripping in the bath tub and tore a ligament in his knee .

The food was very good, as was the situation.
Housekeeping failed to make up the room on 2 out of the 3 days. Service in the bar was very poor particularly on the Sunday night when it closed at 21:30. The smoking area for guests was right next to the front door.
