receptionist was excellent, the room she allocated us was just what we asked for a beautiful view and a nice size balcony.
POOR STRUCTUAL MAINTENANCE AND GENERAL WORN OUT APPEARANCE

Very easy to find, park and check in. Lovely location with excellent views.
Good choice of meals in both Bar and restaurant
(No need to look elsewhere to eat )
Room was very hot when we arrived, soon cooled of with window and patio door open tho. We stayed on a Bank holiday Saturday so a little noisy outside until the local Disco/club, 50 mts away, closed 2am ish. Was ok after that.
some of the room furnishings were looked a little "worn".
Overall: A nice friendly welcome. Girl on reception could not do enough even though she was rushed off her feet every time we saw her. Could probably do with a couple more staff. Rooms could get very Hot/Stuffy during high summer. Ideal location for the Town and beach front. was nice to have the off street parking too. A lovely hotel for a short break. (107643584)
