Location in centre of town. Fire doors and fire escapes well sign posted

Hotel had no obvious entrance, main door was locked, Reception was run from the bar, Narrow stairs, No lift, no clothes hangars, poor breakfast selection

Friendly reception staff

Don't book room 1. Room was over a bar which stayed open late and the bass from the music could be heard/felt resulting in difficulty sleeping. Also room was very small for a double and the door couldn't open fully because the wardrobe was behind it

Overall: I will be staying in Lemington Spa regularily and my intention of staying overnight was to have a good nights sleep before an intense working day. For this reason I will not use this hotel again.  (108241471)

Food was delicious and check in man was very friendly and helpful, will definatley stay here again and recommend to family and friends when i relocate to the area

No loo roll, room bit too small.

room was extremely small. Shower door was hanging off. Toiletries were not replaced daily. Crockery in breakfast room not clean.

Excellent friendly staff. Prompt attention at bar and breakfast. Fairly quiet due in part to small hall between outside corridor and bedroom/bathroom.

Radiator didn't work. Didn't find elec fire till second night. Bed had hard lumps in matress which I couldn't sleep comfortably on so laid on top of duvet. No remote for the TV so had to stand on chair to see buttons on top of it (wall mounted). No parking at hotel.

Overall: Adequate but won't use the hotel again despite nice staff.  (108217425)
