Very clean.....Comfortable bed....Excellent breakfast....Lovely large walk in shower....I was upgraded at no extra cost as it was not busy.
On a main road and opposite a public house,but to be honest it was not a problem even though I had a window open.

TV channels limited. Parking limited. Bathroom cramped and not attached to the room. Credit card reader problematic.
Overall: Very enjoyable stay. Quiet location despite being close to the road and opposite the local pub. Ideal for access to motorways, NEC, and Birmingham. Kids slept soundly all night which is always a good sign. (108039516)
