Staff were attentive, and a bar snack ordered one evening was well presented and promptly delivered.
Door to room did not close easily and twice the room door was left ajar after cleaning by hotel staff. Upon pointing out the problem to the reception staff the problem was promptly fixed by maintenance staff, that did an excellent job!
Two boiled eggs ordered for breakfatst were very undercooked and the whites were still clear. Perhaps the breakfast staff need to ask how the residents would like there eggs cooked?

Stayed in a Annex of the Hotel, which was cramped. Health and Safety was an issue withthe kettle lead.
A dog was left in the corridor to roam free. Room smelt of dogs and as I am allergic to dogs this was very bad news.
Breakfast room had wallpaper coming off.
Staff didn't want to knowm when we complained.
Annex is not mentioned anywhere in the process of booking.
