Lovely hotel, pleasant helpful staff. Dining room in particular looked lovely & it was unfortunate that we were eating out with local friends.
Problem at check out with a charge for a meal & drinks we did not have. When shown the docket, it was clearly signed with the name Brett & the charge was then removed from our bill.

resturant service was good. ambiance was good. location was excellent. staff we very good.
bathroom facilities were tired, window did not open, the over bath shower was poor, the television signal was poor.
Overall: not a hotel for younger people - all guests were very mature! an enjoyable time. thank you.

Good number of staff. Restaurant clean and well run. Bathrooms good size ,well fitted and imaculate.
Hotel is noisy. Room was facing the road and did not have any soudprofing or Double Glazing. Kept awake by people outside and vehicles passing. Parking limited at front.Rear parking is basic and still limited.
Overall: Old hotel but well kept and maintained.

mini bar prices were the highest i have ever seen
