Clean; good breakfast choice and quantity; plenty of hot water; close to town centre; we were lucky with fellow guests who were not noisy; tea making facilites in room and tv
toilet seat was unstable and needed repair; shower head had poor flow and was difficult to regulate to a comfortable temperature; the shower on/off knob kept falling off when turned on or off; the plug in the sink was too small and the water ran out fairly quickly; shabby decor
Overall: Just about adequate for our needs that weekend - don't think I would stay there again. If the owners had been more welcoming I possibly would consider returning (108401957)

Website used to identify and book hotel made it look like the hotel was closer to the centre of Oxford than it actually was. My room was clean enough but damp. Shower area was a bit tatty.

Just a little misunderstanding when booking; I thought the hotel would've debited my account (as promised) a couple days before our stay, but hadn't, and I was quite surprised when the manager asked for payment when checking in.
