clean. comfortable beds. laid back breakfast arrangements & good choice. easy to find location. good proximity to motorway. quiet room. late arrival appreciated - manned reception avoids automated check in.

really enjoyed our stay. hotel close to buses shops pubs. the hotel being fairly new was spotless and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Convenient location, modern, cheap, excellent shower, and spacious room.

Although smoking has been prohibited in Scottish hotels since March 2006 our room smelt very strongly of stale cigarette smoke.

Nice modern furnishings, lovely clean bathroom

Our room was very close to the Hamilton Palace night club and it was very noisy until about 3am when the nightclub closed. If I stayed again I would request a room at the other side of the hotel away from the nightclub.

We found the hotel to be very modern, clean & well equiped & the staff to be more than helpful. The rooms are clean & spacious & the bed was comfy, the bathroom & shower was exellent.

The only problem we had was nothing to do with the hotel more of its location near the main road where local youths seem to congregate at night time on the pay & display car park in front of the hotel, you hear them racing their cars around the area all night until the early hours, we had to be leaving the hotel at 4am both sat & sun morn to be at meetings & at 1.30 these cars were still racing about with their large exhausts. we know it is nothing to do with the hotel but it doesnt help guests. If your on a rear room you dont hear it as we didnt hear it on our last stay when we were in a rear room.
