clean. comfortable beds. laid back breakfast arrangements & good choice.
easy to find location. good proximity to motorway. quiet room. late arrival appreciated - manned reception avoids automated check in.
excessive charge for using TV.

really enjoyed our stay. hotel close to buses shops pubs. the hotel being fairly new was spotless and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Convenient location, modern, cheap, excellent shower, and spacious room.
Although smoking has been prohibited in Scottish hotels since March 2006 our room smelt very strongly of stale cigarette smoke.

Nice modern furnishings, lovely clean bathroom
Our room was very close to the Hamilton Palace night club and it was very noisy until about 3am when the nightclub closed. If I stayed again I would request a room at the other side of the hotel away from the nightclub.
Overall: Really good value for money, easy to find/access from and to M74. (107809703)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
