We eventually moved ourselves to a room upgrade, after being offered a twin room. This room seemed smaller than the first.
The shower in the room did not work, poor attempt to rectify by staff. Partner was ignored by reception staff; therefore I had to sort the problem out myself. The receptionist sent a maid to fix the shower, then offered a twin room?
Overall: Poor housekeeping, poor maintenance, poor customer service for problem solving, poor attitude to customers that have saved money online. (108572310)
