Staff are friendly, room is decent size and warm, bathroom was very nice. Had a great nights sleep.
None really, the room was quite dark even with the lights on and the rooms are quite a walk from reception.
Overall: I liked the hotel, it is a bit run down but has a bit of charm, parking was easy and its a short walk to broad street and the city centre. (108263157)

Staff were friendly. Room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Beautiful building and grounds. Very convenient for the Oratory just across the road.
Kettle caused a loss of electricity several times until it was discovered that there was a faulty powerpoint in the wall. We used the powerpoint which was located near the trouser press. There was no hot water to have a shower around 6.00pm. Room No 6 was on Ground Level but could only be reached by climbing stairs to the first floor and then walking along corridors, going through several doors before one could descend to ground level a considerable distance from reception. Not suitable for people who have problems climbing stairs or walking.
The breakfast seemed to have been prepared long before we ordered it.
Overall: We arrived at about 16.00 hrs, and just needed to have a hot drink and a shower! We had problems trying to get the kettle to work and could only get cold water from the shower. (108731636)

The food was excellent and the service very good.
The hotel was in need of redecorating and looked a little run down.
