Very clean and comfy.
Had to request change of room as were allocated room for fully disabled person. Request was honoured but request of room with a bath was not.

Food was good, including breakfast. bar well managed & staff friendly. Room kept very clean & tidy. Bed comfortable and location quiet despite city centre location.
Car parking is a big problem. I was £10 per day for the week I stayed and one day I could not park at all, which led to long walk in the rain. Needs sorting. I noted that nearby shops had reserved places in the car park, so why not your hotel ?

Excellent response from waitress in restaurant at closing time when I asked for some tea bags & milk (I had to work late in my room). It makes such a difference to get "of course" as a response. Well done that young lady!
