Features of the hotel were lovely. Space in the room was lovely. Breakfast was very nice. Linen was beautiful.
Parking was tight. Plumbing was not adequate. When any water was being used elsewhere in the hotel it affected the shower. Room too hot and no windows or doors could be opened. Many light bulbs in the bedroom had fused. A breakfast menu would have been helpful.
Overall: The hotel had the potential of being fantastic but attention to practical details was missing. (108141681)

Beautiful location, great buildings in very peaceful and lovely grounds with great surrounding area plus close to Bevely town centre. Great breakfast. The staff were excellent with the two year old with us.
We had a problem with the shower in our ensuite but the staff were very quick to try and rectify this.
