nice rooms, clean, very good food and kind helpfull staff.
Room was much smaller than our friends room.
Overall: upon arrival the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The accomodation was clean, tidy and modern. we were given the keys to our room straight away with no fuss. The rooms were nice and clean, the only drawback for us is that our room was less than half the size of our friends room but never the less still nice. There was no noise during the night from the nightlife but yet the hotel was only a street away from all of the pubs which was great as we didnt have far to walk. The breakfast in the morning was great, very efficiant and tasty. (97236184)

the owners were extremely freindly and helpful. The place was quiet and very clean. Little extras like hot chocolate, an alarm clock, freeview tv and towelling dressing gowns made all the difference.
There was only shower gel in the shower , no shampoo. All rooms had showers , but no baths
Overall: Definitley great value for money and we would stay here again. The breakfast was served really quickly and was piping hot. The staff were the freindiest Ive ever come across. Rally clean and quiet despite being right in the heart of the town centre. (97413450)

the quality of furnishings was high, as was the standard of service provided by the staff.
Overall: There are apparently many dodgy places to stay in Whitley Bay but this is NOT one of them. Although quite small, our room was nicely presented and the ensuite was of a particularly high standard. The friendly staff were very friendly and helpful and a lovely breakfast was served in a clean, uncluttered dining room in a relaxed atmosphere. Would definately stay again when back in Whitley Bay.
