Very friendly staff, breakfast was excellent, the hotel was right on the beach in the heart of the illuminations and only took familly and quiet people. not loud or noisy teenagers.

none really apart from small room and limited parking but thats just me trying to fill this box.

Overall: beds rocked no legs fire alarm went off all the time as rooms have no ventilation breakfast supose to be 830am to 930am you get it at 9am to 930 not very good if you are leaving early and they wont do it earlyr we payed 28quid a night you could get alot beter for your money elsewhere and cheaper  (108491626)

Annoyed that they charged us a 2.00 credit card surcharge on the deposit and then again on the balance, this was not clearly stated on website. Although they did refund the second charge when I complained. I always understood businesses could not surcharge debit cards?
