Location, history
The bathroom floor was slippery in bare feet or socks / tights even when dry, lack of space to open second case, fixed shower head makes for inefficient
shower. We do not expect to be addressed as " you guys" by the Chambers staff and the service was slow. The lift is in need of service, the jolt as it stops makes one wonder if the next trip will make it!
There was no check of identity by any staff member handing over the room keys, most of the time anybody could walk in off the street and any where in the building and I would assess the general security as poor.

Largely very helpful and courteous staff, particularly on the phone in the run-up to check-in, and room was functional and quiet.
Poor bathroom with peculiar smell (not created by me), showerscreen that leaked all over the floor, and vile decor. One receptionist not the friendliest monkey in the zoo.
