Most enjoyable, comfortable room, quiet, great shower and excellent breakfast. Host was friendly, helpful and well-organised.

Hotel owner phoned us at last minute and said we could not come as she was closing for a while

Really large room with spotless large en suite plus Sky TV and plenty of space for our bafs etc

Overall: Really friendly couple provided excellent service, nice quiet spot, a 10 min walk to town which was good after eating far too much! Breakfast good, with quality ingredients and good service. Host v helpful  (97163604)

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
