Pleasant hotel - staff was very accomodating. Free shuttle to and from terminal 5.

Wireless not available in rooms - wired is available in room - separate fee for each. This is not the closest hotel to terminal 5.

Overall: I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is pleasant and the staff is very helpful.  (108342673)

Very clean,good breakfast

Unhelpful staff,poor communication,not very tactful

Overall:  Ok apart from 1. Baby being woke up at 11pm by reception staff demanding I pay room service bill by cash as credit card was declined, when in actual fact credit card was not declined it was not swiped on arrival 2. We accidently left our satelite navigation in the room but when we asked for it reception said they could not go to room and check as room was booked back out.We were left with our 5 month old baby in an area we don't really know.We then had our item returned next day by post but then had to pay the postage. Personally if room was cleaned adequately item would have been seen in drawer under tv.  (107185445)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
