Good friendly staff, excellent grounds and wonderful propertt, but bedroom needs redecoration

Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, quiet area, generally clean room.
Part of breakfast incorrectly ordered. Terrible coffee, even by hotel standards. Analogue television hopelessly out of date.

Shower was a hand held version in the bath.Pump in the toilet which made a loud noise everytime you ran water or flushed the toilet.Decor in bad need of repair, windows held open by pieces of cardboard.Carpets dirty, reception very tacky, dirty carpets in hallway. I asked for menu when we arrived for an evening meal however, when we went down to the restaurant it was nearly double the price.
Overall: This is the worst Hotel we have ever been to, and we have travelled throughout the UK and Europe.The photo's you see online are nothing like the actual Hotel. (107134678)
