Television not working properly. Had to travel to another hotel for dinner (shortage of chefs and low guest numbers)

staff were fantastic attentive and i believe very genuine,plenty of hot water very clean room and bathroom perfect room temp lovely towels.we had a room upgrade the second room we were given was good.Breakfast was amazing!!!!

one main comment some of the fabric furnishings were shabby which made the furniture chaise,window seat just needing re-covered

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
