Spacious comfortable well equipped room.Bath filled really quickly which may sound silly but have stayed in plenty where it takes an age!
Staff always friendly helpful - nothing was too much trouble
Overall: The Spa and facilities were outstanding. Surroundings were a perfect balance between relaxed informal and high quality first class service.If we had realised how good the Spa Gym and all the activities - walks horses etc beforehand may have stayed longer! We came to celebrate a wedding which was a stunning occasion - really magical for the bride and groom and wonderful for guests of all ages. (97709281)
THE ROOM WAS LOVELY AND THE GROUNDS SURROUNDING THE PREMISES WERE WONDERFUL.
We had to wait for over two hours - until 4pm - before we gained access to our room.
Overall: The accommodation,food and the grounds were excellent. However, as the sleeping quarters were in a separate building from the function hall, the weddings guests had to walk some distance between the two buildings. Not a very pleasant experience as the weather was cold, wet and windy. Transport should have been laid on by the hotel. (97155028)
