Very scenic location.
Light not working outside the door to the coach house.
Very shabby door to the coach house and very uninspiring entrance hallway.
Decor very bland.
Rather confusing signs for check-in. No helpful signs to the restaurant.
Light bulbs missing in 2 of the wall lights in the restaurant. (A small detail perhaps but easy to rectify, so it doesn't give a good impression when it's not attended to.)
Overall: It was our 25th wedding anniversary and we'd spent the previous night in a gorgeous hotel 25 miles away, as part of our weekend celebrations. Unfortunately, this Barcelo hotel didn't meet the same standards as the first one and so we felt rather disappointed. The other hotel made some effort to recognise the fact that it was our anniversary but, despite having told them that it was a special day for us, it went unnoticed by the Barcelo staff. (108726420)

The hotel was in a lovely setting, and was a good place to stay for visiting attractions like Warwick castle.
We had a meal in the oranginery restaurant, and felt the meal was very expensive for what you got.
Overall: We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was very relaxing and we had a lovely time. (108529427)

Beautiful surroundings; courteous and helpful staff; excellent facilities.
Overall: The hotel is situated in very lovely and peaceful countryside. The standard of hotel accomodation was excellent and we found all the staff to be pleasant, courteous and helpful. The only slight quibble I have is that I believe we would have had difficulty actually finding the hotel if we had not had satnav in the car! All in all a very enjoyable break and we will most certainly be back. (97005591)
