Clean hotel and largely friendly staff. good amenities and facilities (e.g. gym)

the main one will be the absence of a fan/air conditioner for really hot summer days

the hotel staff work very hard and are very polite and do whatever they can to help.

needs a big make over the carpets,wall paper,lights,tiles in the bathroom..in fact the whole bathroom! very very dated the rooms.Kids size tv too which was a pain. My friend was given a 'penthouse'which was on the first foor......got his money back and went to another hotel.

Overall: very nice on the outside but needs alot of work on the inside.Location good 10mins walk to the main road/bars etc. But would not rush back to that hotel. Too expensive for what you get.  (99671129)

Quartier calme. Bonne exposition de la chambre, très lumineuse. Bel établissement.

Un peu loin du centre ville pour les piétons (hôtel au sommet de St Peter Port).
