Staff were friendly. The position of the B&B was great for seeing the city centre.
The room was dusty, mould in the bathroom (room 11), the tap was dripping all night long (if you attempted to turn it off the tap would 'squeal'). The room was cold, although they did give a storage heater you could plugin - this was broken! The cooked breakfast was swimming in grease. Bed throw was black with dirt!
Overall: The B&B is one of the oldest buildings in Chester so you must accommodate for the age of the building but there was no excuse for general dirt. The food served at the evening meal was lovely. The breakfast was horrible. I would not recommend this B&B to anyone. (108454091)

Good Food, Friendly Staff.
Parking is a problem, only three spaces. No parking for a van.
Overall: Good clean room but a little tired, could do with a refit. Friendly helpful staff and value for money. Will use again ! (108481751)

Good value for city hotel
Found info getting to hotel misleading as found street names tended to be obscured and were easily missed. Parking info should be updated on website.
