Great value for money. Lovely room, everything was clean and tidy. Comfortable, warm and plenty of hot water.
Overall: We had a great weekend break. We walked into Ipswich town centre several times, plenty to see, do and buy! Have talked about going back. (108556327)

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was nicely furnished. Felt it was good value for money.
No real check-in procedure. Not particularly a problem, just unusual.
Overall: Location of hotel was ten minutes walk from town but was not particularly noisy. We enjoyed our stay. (108766935)

The hotel was clean, comfortably furnished and quiet whilst being in a central position for access to the town centre. Friendly staff.
The TV reception was extremely poor. I was a little surprised that there appeared to be no staff on the premises overnight. Consequently there were no bar facilities for guests on their return even at 11pm.
Overall: It was more than adequate for a couple of nights stay but I'd make sure I had a 'night cap' waiting in my room! (107752893)

Finding somewhere to eat proved hard - nowhere suitable close. No early Breakfast option, referred to nearby cafe which turned out to be shut.
