Good staff, menu good and well stocked bar. Provided breaksfast tray due to early check out(as before)

TV did not work, shower just about adequate, hotel seems to have lost some atmosphere with decoration since last stayed (2007). High price compared to previous visits (ownership has changed)and did not feel much benefit (apart from wifi)

Overall: Adequate but price put's me off. At the time of booking, the website said it was the last room. Judging by the car park early next morning, the place did not seem full. Most likely would stay again as close to client  (108251888)

Lovely location, clean rooms, well equipped.

Bar area very small, quite cold with poor choice of tap beer/ lager. Restaurant excellent but expensive- as there is nowhere else really nearby there wasn't much option but to eat at hotel (no bar snacks etc. on offer as cheaper option). Bar closed very early, before 1030pm.

Overall: Lovely hotel, but probably wouldn't stay again as bar so poor.  (108665049)

Very pleasant hotel and beautiful scenery. adequate parking. Everything was great for a relaxing stay, except the seats in the bar.

The bar area was very uncomfortable, either wooden seats or chairs which were very low. This would prevent me from staying at this hotel again.

The hotel was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The booking agency (you) did not give the hotel our specific instructions- that we were traveling with a child. The staff made every effort to accommodate our situation. The staff went out of their way to help us

Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the manager who welcomed us to the hotel.
