Lovely hotel, very helpful staff, decor gorgeous
Double bed was 2 single matresses with a double fitted sheet over the top so you could feel a ridge in the bed.
Overall: Beautiful new hotel in a gorgeous setting with very attentive staff who tried to help make your stay as good as possible. No request was too much trouble. (107752082)

all staff were very efficent
very clean and tidy
some building work going on but its not really close to the hotel.
alot of people using the pool, spa etc.

Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Quality of food was excellent also. Most impressed with chef. Really enjoyed the spa - had a massage.
Very expensive - cost of room with breakfast seems greater than hotels of similar standard in other parts of the world e.g. Boston, Auckland, Vancover etc. - even in city hotels which generally are dearer than those situated in the country side.
Overall: Enjoyed my stay but while I would recommend the quality of food and rooms would not be rushing back - a mini break abroad would have been better value. (107184649)
