Train arrived early and hotel let us check in early so we could start our weekend break hotel was clean and tidy and staff was freindly

no bar and shower was to high

Very good value for money - we stayed another three nights, the staff were very helpful indeed. Only drawback is the miniscule breakfast area.

Reception people (very kind and helpful, excellent) housekeeping (everything clean and nice)and the little kitchenette in the room!!

WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE ST MARKS HOTEL. IT WAS CLEAN, COMFY AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED. THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND THE ROOM CLEAN AND THE STAFF WERE PLEASANT AND HELPFUL.

THE ONLY THING WE COULD HAVE DONE WITH WAS A REMOTE FOR THE TV.

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
