Close to all shops and bars
i booked 2 apartments a 6 and a 4 persons which i was told would be together we got 3 apartments a 4, 2, 4 persons which one of them was on a different floor
Overall: we really enjoyed liverpool and would stay in the apartments again (107446098)
we arrived at BASE aparts tried the pin number you gave but it said no such number exists so I rang BASE they said I should have called to heir office in Duke the other side of the city as it said in the email well it did not say so in the email I got now it 1600 hours I had been travelling since 6.30am not happy anyway got to there office only to be told we were not booked into the aparts on cumberland st really annoyed now health and safety they said it looks a dump from the out side well the put us down i south ferry a bit far out for my liking but the apartment more then made up I would stay there again and recommend them to friends

lovely accomadation
rude staff+charge for damages when no damage was done and office states open 7days9-5 and was not
Overall: good but would never use this accomodation again because of unfairly treated which is a shame as appartments are lovely (107181316)
Nice and spacious
Wasn't told to go to a different address to collect key. Office said they were too busy to come to apartments we had to get in a taxi to go to them. When we there they weren't busy. check out time was 11.00 but failed to tell us we had to get to office by 11.00 so that meant we had to actually be out of room earlier. Slept 4 but only 2 seater settee, nowhere to eat.

Clean, good value
On-site car park - but at £20 in Liverpool for overnight felt a rip off
The car booking person was the worst customer service myself and two colleagues had ever experienced.
Getting your keys after 5.00 pm costs you extra..
You can not hand the keys back before 0900 when the office opens, I'll now be fined seriously for posting them back..
Overall: A better customer service assitant and a "post it box" for returning keys would vastly improve the experience (107187985)
