No fuss
Much quieter than anticipated, wedding receptions are located nicely away from our room
Poor entry sign, perhaps could do with one say 200m on the approach, if there is one sorry, I missed it! - We missed the turning nearly every time. Google mapping gives the hotel down the road as your address

the bed was awful the mattress was SO uncomfortable I seem to remember that was an issue the first time we stayed. breakfast was very good the first day excellent service but it got progressively worse over the three days.some of your staff would do better for some training in service, i.e. staff member to young lady guest "do you what breakfast?" how much nicer to have said " what would you like from the breakfast menu or may I offer you something from the breakfast menu" just an observation.

friendly staff very helpful and attentive. room was of a reasonably high standard, and the £40.00 per night charge was good. I generally stay in hotels four/five times per month and usually have used premier lodge type of accomodation.
I immediately booked the same hotel for the same purposes for 7/2/09 with intentions of utilising the same hotel for several months 1/2 night stays each week, but having been informed that the next booked stay was double price I was quite dismayed and will stay on the night booked but will unfortunately look elsewhere for future stays.
