Excellent location,good facilities in Studio app't and generally pleasant staff.
Not being able to control heat in room effectively and a little disappointed that the towels were not changed each day and the TV reception was very poor but in your defence it was bitterly cold and also a Bank Holiday period.
Overall: Enjoyed it and would look to book here for future visits. (107449320)
Most of the staffs are irresponsibility!! When my TV in the room is not working, and I ask for maintenance but nobody come... after all, they kept telling me nothing they can help..how a such big hotel and high cost room provide such terrible service?! I couldn't understand and I will not book that hotel again! Really bad experience...

Studio Apartment with all facilities for Laundry, ironing,fitted kitchenette with oven & fridge. Felt more like home.
Could be a little more spacious
Overall: good decent accomodation in nice neighbourhood. 2 train stops from Victoria and West End. Note hoever that early check out does not entitle you to refund unless you give 2 weeks notice. (97719524)
