Everything about this hotel was excellent - the staff could not do enough for you and were always so polite and smartly dressed. The size of the rooms and the overall cleanliness was exceptional

The hotel was excellent. The position on the sea front is great and when all the building work around is finished it will be even better. We found all the staff friendly and helpful.

The Hotel is very minimal but the overall effect was good. The rooms, especially the bed, was very large and comfortable and we had no complaints at all.
Main reception areas, bar and restaurant are a bit bare and plain and don't have a lot of character.
Overall: An excellent Hotel with friendly staff in a perfect setting on the waterfront in Saint Helier. My friend who was travelling with us unfortunately left her phone on the bed in her room when checking out. She only discovered this when she got to the Airport. She phoned the Hotel who promised to send it to her. A few minutes later, they rang my mobile to say that they had found it and would send it to the Airport in a minibus with cabin crew who had been staying at the hotel. They did this and my friend received her phone within half an hour of realising she had lost it. The receptionist even rang again to make sure my friend had got her phone. I would say that this is exceptional service. (107122286)
