Comfortable room, plenty of clean towels, and nice to have a DVD player in the room.

No reception for easy check-in, and collection of key. Had to circle the building a few times, and eventually call the owner for info on the how to get in. (That said, the owner, was very pleasant and helpful.) I was told that check out time was 11am (it was a Sunday) only to be called on to vacate the room at 10am by an extremely brusque and rude member of the cleaning staff-- that was very off-putting, and left a very bad impression of the stay.

Overall: Convenient and relatively comfortable. If I were coming back to Irvine for a night's stay, I probably would book in again.  (108630536)

Rooms were clean and tidy, good value for money! Good position for local area.

There was no reception on site, the only staff we saw was the cleaner however she was very friendly and helpful.

Overall: Rooms were basic but provided good value for money, would stay there again.  (108317588)

After initially booking into the room before it had been cleaned from previous guests, the room was kept clean with fresh towels every morning throughout our stay.

We were told we could book in any time after 11am, we arrived at 1pm and the room hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests, On the summary of the hotel on the internet it said that all rooms had hair dryers, ironing facilities and radio alarm clocks (none of which were in our room). Had to go out and purchase a hair dryer. The toilet was one of the saniflo type, not adequate for a hotel, the shower tray filled up with water as you were using it as the saniflo obviously struggled. Also we never saw anyone throughout the checkin or checkout process which meant if there was a problem you had to phone someone.

Overall: Wouldn't repeat the experience!  (108222476)

Friend and i were up in Scotland to watch the Golf for a few days and this was perfect for what we needed i.e. in and out when we want, clean with en-suite, free parking, pub/ restaurants close by etc.

Wasn't expecting the check in process, as i thought it was going to be a pub and someone there when checking in. A message was left on the door so it was easy and quick when we arrived. No real bad points.
