Excellent seafront location. Off-road parking at hotel. Close to restaurants, cafes and shops. Friendly welcoming hosts. Very good breakfast.

Very friendly hosts. Lovely room with attention to detail. Really comfy bed. Great breakfast. Lovely hot shower and powerful spray. Peaceful and quiet

Overall: If you are going to Lowestoft this is a lovely hotel to stay in everything is perfect with everything you need to make it special. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and this takes some beating. I am always the first to complain if something is not right and this was just perfect.  (107901276)
