Staff friendly and helpful, when we mentioned that my partner had had a cold shower when we went into breakfast, they apologised and gave us a bottle of the wine we had drunk the night before. Food good

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
