Room was very well appointed and we appreciated the heating being on when we arrived on a cold afternoon.
The staff were very relaxed and friendly and provided very good service
The bathroom was cold - the radiator was barely warm and the towel rail fell off the wall.
There were not enough coat hangers in the wardrobe
There was no hairdryer.
Overall: We enjoyed our stay and the room was reasonable value for the money we paid, although continental breakfast could have been included in the price. (108506681)
Great Service From Guy On Reception
We phoned up on the journey down to ask if we could book a table in the restarant only to be told it's closed on Fridays!. Bit disappointing as we were looking forward to the attractive menu on offer. Having looked in the hotel book that was present in the room it did not state closed on Fridays in fact open all week. This point only would stop me returning to otherwise a nice hotel.
