Excellent host, warm and friendly. Great food, lovely dining room. Comfortable lounge with sea view. Good and clean facilities in our twin room and shower room. Beds made and room cleaned daily. Up to date TV in room with coffee, tea, milk and sugar replenished each day. Not really a bad point but the twin room was just a tad small. Couldn't take the alternative as my Mom couldn't use the stairs to often with her slight dissability and I would have liked a harder pillow but that is personal, after all.

Very Friendly and helpful staff

stairs were steep, carrying bags up was a problem

Overall: the hotel is very close to the main street in paignton , and the cinema , and restaurants , it overlooks the sea front , the hotel is very clean , and is a non smoking hotel .  (108104616)

the landlady let us have are room an hour early

my bad points were dirty towels hung up behind the bathroom door,dusty shelf,under toilet lid not clean
